Man wanted for stealing from non-profit turns himself in

A man wanted for stealing tens of thousands of dollars from an Erie non-profit has turned himself him.

Police say 46-year-old James Gray faces charges including theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

He is the former executive director of supportive living services.

Police say gray stole nearly $67,000 from the non-profit over an eleven month time span, beginning when he was hired as CEO last may.

Gray has been released on bond, according to police.
