A man who used a Halloween mask and a knife to rob a West Erie Rite Aid in October will spend the next 3-6 years behind bars.

50-year-old Charles Mann allegedly held a knife to an employee’s stomach while demanding cash at the West 26th Street Rite Aid.  He previously has pleaded guilty to a second-degree felony count of robbery.
