Man’s charges get upgraded from strangulation to making terroristic threats

A man will spend time in jail after allegedly making terroristic threats.  Today, Noah Bohman was in Erie County Court.

Originally charged with strangulation, the offense changing the charge to terroristic threats.  Bohman faces five years of restricted, immediate punishment, beginning with six months in Erie County Jail.

He’s ordered to have no contact with the victim.
