In a release from the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, representatives of the board tell us that Mercer County Attorney Miles K. Karson, Jr. was placed on temporary suspension.
This suspension comes after Karson was convicted in the Court of Common Pleas of the six counts of Obstructing Administration of Law or Other Governmental Function and four counts of Official Oppression. The suspension will take effect on April, 10 2019.
