Shoppers could find anything from knick knacks to furniture at the Millcreek Kiwanis Club’s antique sale.
Several hundred people came to the Zem Zem Shrine Club this afternoon.
This was the 35th year the Kiwanis have put on the antique show.
They said there were more than 30 vendors from the tri-state area.
We’re told proceeds from the sale will benefit programs that help local kids.
“We have a school program called Bring Up Grades or BUG. So we help kids who may be going from a C to a B. We have other kids that get awards if they’re going to be going off to college. We also have McDowell Key Club kids,” Scott Totten, the past president of the Millkcreek Kiwanis Club, told us.
The event used to be held at the Waldameer Amusement Park in Rainbow Gardens.
