A Millcreek man agrees to a plea deal of at least 15 years in State Prison in order to avoid doing life.  Roger Wilson was in court today for charges including aggravated indecent assault, indecent exposure, and endangering the welfare of children.

These charges came after Wilson was accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in his home in 2016.  He was also charged with exposing himself to minors behind a window in his home while they waited for a school bus.

Wilson was found guilty of two counts of indecent exposure, three counts of corruption of minors, one count of aggravated indecent assault without consent, one count of indecent assault of a person less than 16 years of age, and one count of endangering the welfare of children.  According to court documents, his sentence was, “aggregated… to satisfy 15-year mandatory sentence and significant prior record, mainly of sexual nature and age of victims.”

Wilson could serve between 15 and 30 years for his crimes.  He also is now a lifetime registered sex offender and is required to undergo evaluation and attend a sex offender program.
