A judge sentenced a mother accused of allowing a meth lab to operate out of her home.
Tiffani Palmer will face two years of probation and 25 hours of community service for endangering the welfare of children.
Yesterday, a judge sentenced her husband, Gary Palmer, to 6 months – 1 year in Erie County Prison followed by three years probation.
Authorities say their sons were running a meth lab out of their home while their teenage daughter was living there. Both parents say they had nothing to do with the selling or distributing of drugs.
