Multi-million dollar decision on the line today for Erie School District

Local News

The Erie School District is crossing its fingers, hoping for a vote in the House of Representatives today on its promised $14 million in funding.

Monday, the State Senate voted 41 to 9, passing a budget implementation bill that would make the $14 million in funding to the Erie School District a yearly occurrence.

House members were called back in session today to look over the bill.  Some legislators say a vote could come as early as tonight.
