Officials make “significant arrest for a large supplier of meth” in Jamestown area

According to Jamestown Police, a significant arrest has been made for a large supplier of meth into the Jamestown area and the southern tier. 

Officials say, following a joint drug investigation by the Olean Office of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Taskforce and Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force into the selling of illegal narcotics, task force members arrested Mark Maio (34) of Randolph, N.Y., Brittany Dellahoy (28) of Randolph, N.Y., and Brandon Smith (32) of Jamestown, N.Y. 

According to documents, all suspects were arrested Wednesday evening, January 23rd following a search warrant executed at 128 Main St. Front Apt. in the Town of Randolph, Cattaraugus County NY. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team found packaged bags of crystal methamphetamine which were packaged for sale, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

All three defendants were taken to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for processing, then were arraigned at the Town of Conewango Court where they were held without bail. 

The Southern Tier Regional Drug Taskforce is comprised of members of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, Salamanca Police Department, Gowanda Police Department, Franklinville Police Department and NYSP. The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force was assisted by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force, and K-9 Nichols.
