Pennsylvania’s Attorney General has officially joined the legal battle over net neutrality.

Josh Shapiro is one of 22 state attorneys general suing the Federal Communications Commission over the move that basically deregulates the internet. In a statement today, Shapiro blasted the FCC saying their repeal of net neutrality quote “threatens to end the internet as we know it.” The petition was filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C.
