Pennsy gets 9-18 months for shooting gun at nephew

An Erie man will spend 9-18months behind bars for firing a gun at his nephew.  

Edwin Pennsy pleaded guilty to making terroristic threats, possessing an instrument of crime, and reckless endangerment. He was facing up to 12 years behind bars on those charges. 

In addition to his time in prison, Pennsy will serve three years probation and do 100 hours of community service.
