PGA Tour bringing in big business for a small town

Local News
The Tour at Peak N’ Peak  is bringing in thousands of people to Findley Lake.
” We don’t really know what to expect here, we were told  there could be 40,000 people in the area, so I’m staffing up whether I need them or not.” said Shirell Pound, owner of the Brigadoon’s Tavern and Pine Tavern  in Findley Lake.
A local ice cream shop, Krasa’s Kove,  has been scooping double the amount of a normal week. “A lot of things the peak does is really great for us and the PGA Tour is one of them, ” Said the owner Don Krasa.
Many boats have been rented out from the Findley Lake Maria, the owner told JET 24 it’s been almost a sell out.
Most locals JET 24 Action News spoke with said they hope the tour returns next year.
The first round of play begins tomorrow.
