Police respond to bomb scare at Peach Street McDonald’s

Police responded today to a bomb scare on Peach Street.  

According to Erie County 911, Erie Police were called to the 4300 block of Peach Street to the  McDonald’s there around noon today.  Officials say someone called the fast-food restaurant saying there was a bomb in the bathroom, but police did not find anything.

Authorities stayed on scene until around 3:15pm.  The Erie Fire Department was also on-call.
