Junior fishermen were vying for the chance to participate in the Erie Sport and Travel Expo’s kids fishing derby.

Professional bass angler Mike DelVisco was on hand to meet fans and sign autographs at the restaurant.

He said, It’s a pretty cool event. We did it last year here with Texas Roadhouse and the sports show, and it went so well that we wanted to do it again. And I’ve got a lot of photos to judge and really looking forward to who colors my picture the best.”

The coloring contest continues Tuesday at Texas Roadhouse. The restaurant will also host kids night on Tuesday from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m.

The 2018 Erie Sports and Travel Expo will be held March 2-4 at the Bayfront Convention Center. DelVisco will be a featured presenter.
