Road rage case against Erie doctor returns to court

The road rage case against an Erie doctor returns to court in Mercer County.

Raymond McAllister, 45, is accused of threatening two 19-year-olds by pointing a gun at them while driving on Interstate 79 in Mercer County last January.

McAllister is charged with terroristic threats, reckless endangerment and several traffic violations.

The case has been moved to the February court term after a day of pretrial issues Monday.

Negotiations could lead to a plea agreement or the case could be scheduled for trial.
