Rogers pleads guilty of involvement in 45 minute stand-off in Millcreek

A man entered a plea in court today for his involvement in a 45-minute stand-off in Millcreek.  Brian Rogers pleaded guilty to firearms not to be carried without a license and terroristic threats.

In November, police and SWAT Team members pleaded with Rogers, asking him to exit the property with his hands up.  After 45 minutes, he came out the front door.  

Police say no one was injured.  The incident happening at a house at the corner of West 12th and Shenk Avenue.  

Rogers is waiting to be sentenced.
