A man who was involved in a fatal shooting is set to learn his fate in court.
Ryan Andrews pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit aggravated assault for his involvement in the shooting death of Tobiah Johnson. That incident occurred outside of an apartment building near Edinboro University in November of 2014. Andrews is scheduled to be sentenced at 9a.m. in front of Judge John Trucilla.
He could spend up to 20 years in prison.
