Changes to your cable tv lines are leading to some long lines at the Spectrum offices.
The company is no longer permitting the signal to run from the wall directly to the tv and customers are required to get the extra equipment for a fully digital signal.
Those who woke up to no tv weren’t happy. A company statement says that Spectrum regrets the inconvenience, but has been warning customers of the change for weeks.
A customer from Girard, Joe Dinges, tells us, “they just had an advertisement on the TV they were going to shut off the cable on the 12th and they did. Everybody heard it. So many people here at the same time, you get too many people it’s not right”.
