Speed limits have been restored on I-86 and I-90 in Erie County

UPDATE 5pm: Speed limits have been restored.

Due to the severity of the winter storm, PennDOT reduces the speed limit on interstates in Erie County.

PennDOT urges drivers to avoid unnecessary travel. However, if you do hit the road you are required to reduce your speed to 45 mph on the Interstate 86 and Interstate 90 in Erie County.
