A State Street building may have some wondering why the lights are on in a big way.
The lighting is part of an art installation at the Feed Media Art Center in the 1300 block of State Street.
The flickering light set up is the work of acclaimed artist David Fodel.
The artwork was created during his residency at the center.
The display will remain in the glass block windows through June 13.
