Three people accused of murder head back to court this afternoon to appear before a judge.  This while police continue to search for the fourth suspect in the case.

Lashonta Dade, Jalen Reynolds, and Taisha Santiago are charged with the murder of David Tate Junior.  They are scheduled to appear for preliminary hearings at 1:30 this afternoon.  A fourth suspect in the shooting, David Dalton, is still at large.  He is accused of firing a gun in the shooting that killed Tate and wounded another man.

That shooting happened in the 1200 block of East 20th Street the morning of June 29th.  Investigators say Tate’s death stemmed from a suspected robbery that turned deadly.

According to the wanted poster for David Dalton, he is a 6’4″, 225 lb., 29 year old black male.  He goes by the nickname ‘Tone’ and has multiple tattoos on his left and right forearms and across his chest.  He has been wanted for homicide since 7/18/17.  Dalton has family ties in Buffalo and Olean New York.  He may walk with a limp due to an unknown injury to his foot.  Confidential tips can be made to 716-983-0874.  There is a cash reward for tips that lead to his capture.
