A recent study conducted by a local insurance agency found in 3 months more than 900 drivers using the hashtag while driving to post pictures and videos while behind the wheel.

From December 2015 to the end of March Erie Insurance followed on Instagram and Twitter how many people posted pictures using that hastag while driving.

It’s double the distraction when people behind the wheel are also posting the pictures on social media.
