Suspect in Erie standoff receives 205 days behind bars

A man charged in an Erie standoff learns his fate in court.

Investigators say Bryan Conley barricaded himself in a home for several hours in June of 2018, and eventually surrender to authorities. Multiple crews including the SWAT team responded to the incident.

The standoff occurred near the West 19th and Cherry Street intersection.

Today, the judge sentenced Conley on several charges including making terroristic threats, simple assault and disorderly conduct.  He’s now facing a sentence of 205 days in Erie County Prison, followed several years of probation, with credit for time served.
