Day three of the trial for the Mississippi truck driver accused of raping an Erie woman.
Today, 58-year-old Jerome Keyes taking the stand.
The Commonwealth resting after calling their last witness to the stand this morning, and the defense starting their argument.
The 14 jurors listening to Keyes as he testified his innocence in the alleged October rape.
Prosecutors say Keyes was traveling through when he stopped and raped a 38-year-old woman on Erie’s east side.
Keyes is being represented by Assistant Public Defender Jason Checque.
