Erie police and firefighters responded to a rollover accident on Dobbins Landing Tuesday night.
The collision happened just after 7 p.m. on Oct. 31.
Police said a man drove into a parked car, flipping his own vehicle as he drove south in front of the Bicentennial Tower.
No injuries were reported, but Erie police said the driver was taken into custody under the suspicion that he was driving under the influence.
