ERIE, Pa. — A teenager charged with criminal attempted homicide asked a judge to be tried as a juvenile.
Quran Lindsey-Cooley, 17, is scheduled to be tried as an adult, but argued in front of a judge Friday that his case should be moved to juvenile court.
Lindsey-Cooley is charged with shooting a 29-year-old man in his car in March near the corner of East 23rd and Wallace streets.
Lindsey-Cooley faces charges including criminal attempted homicide and aggravated assault.
No ruling was made Friday.
