Teen searching for a forever home

Local News
JET 24 is helping foster children find forever homes. This week, we spoke with Doc, a 7th grader who has a passion for history.
JET 24 caught up with Doc while he was getting a tour of the historical Watson Curtze Mansion in Erie. He smiled as he got a look at the  impressive architecture and historical artifacts.
Doc has a passion for American history and the desire to travel around the  country to see historical monuments and locations, ” Like go maybe to other states that have more history places and mountains you can walk on and stuff” said Doc.
He mentioned he would like to find a family that shares an interest in history. He said he wants to become part of a family that values education. The 15 year- old may still be young, but he is already planning to attend college, “to study science and history, focus on the history more.”
Doc enjoys playing basketball, playing outside with friends, writing, and loves music.
After living in several foster homes for the past 15 years Doc said he wants to find a forever family that he can trust and create new memories with.
