A third defendant charged in the David Tate, Jr. murder case, Lashonta Dade, was in court today.
The homicide charge against her was dropped through the plea deal. Dade testified against Jalen Reynolds and Taisha Santiago in trial, apologizing for her involvement in the crime.
Today, the judge proceeded to sentence her to 11.5-23 years in prison, followed by five years of probation.
Earlier today, Reynolds and Santiago were sentenced to life in prison for the same crime.
