Charges are dropped for one of the suspects in an Erie home invasion and another suspect turns himself in.

Two teenagers are charged as adults in a home-invasion and shooting that occurred Monday night in the 600 block of East 4th Street.  Charges against 17-year-old Kemon Turner include a felony count of robbery.  17 year old Marion Smith turned himself in yesterday and is charged with attempted homicide, accused of shooting the 39-year-old victim in the abdomen.

Erie Police say charges were dropped for a 16-year-old boy who was arrested on Monday.  Police are still investigating and believe others were involved.
