Three arrested in Millcreek meth bust last night, two tied to Lake City meth bust in 2017

John Thorr, Jr. (49), Amanda Trask (34), and Richard Vollmer, Jr. (36) have all been charged in connection to meth lab operations after a bust in Millcreek last night at 6137 Meridian Drive.

According to court documents, all three suspects have been charged with conspiracy to manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possessing phenylpropanolamine or a precursor substance with intent to unlawfully manufacture, operating a methamphetamine lab, two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal dumping of methamphetamine, knowingly possessing ephedrine, possession of illegal narcotics that were not their own prescription, and risking catastrophe.

Trask was sentenced back on May 23rd of 2018 to 3-12 months behind bars in connection with a Lake City drug bust in December of 2017.  She pleaded guilty to possessing phenylpropanolamine or a precursor substance with intent to unlawfully manufacture.  All other charges were dropped.

Vollmer was sentenced back on April 27th of 2018 in connection to the same Lake City drug bust as Trask.  After Vollmer pleaded guilty to possession of illegal narcotics that were not their own prescription and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, he was sentenced to almost 4.5 months to one year behind bars. All other charges were dropped.

All three suspects were taken to Erie County Prison. Thorr and Trask’s bail were both set at $50,000 cash, and Vollmer’s bail is set at $75,000 cash.
