The clock is ticking for a Waterford man ordered to clean his residential property which has been turned into what appears to be an auto junk yard.

Warren Ferraro of Route 19 Waterford Twp has until this week to get rid of all the junk cards in his yard.  As of Sunday 16 vehicles were still there.

Earlier this month, Erie County Judge Stephanie Domitrovich gave Ferraro 20 days to clean the property or face fines after he failed to follow a Waterford Township directive that the property be cleared.

Ferraro is the same businessman who was ordered by the City of Erie to get rid a junk cars that had accumulated at Ferraro’s auto garage at W 12th & Peach St.   All the cars were eventually removed when Ferraro lost that property.
