Another closely watched race in Pennsylvania was the race for the U.S. Senate seat between incumbent Republican Pat Toomey and Democratic challenger Katie McGinty.
Toomey will get a second term in office after a very close race on Tuesday.
Toomey receive 49 percent of the vote, just 2 percent more than McGinty.
Toomey gave his acceptance speech around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, with McGinty conceding shortly after.
“A few minutes ago from Katie McGinty offering her congratulations, and I want to return the favor and congratulate Katie McGinty on running a very spirited campaign,” Toomey said.
