Trial postponed for two suspects in child pornography case for mental evaluations

Local News

A hearing is postponed for the second time for two men charged in a child pornography case.

Today, 24-year-old Jacob Gunn and 28-year-old Charles Miller returned to the Erie County Courthouse for a preliminary hearing.  The state attorney general’s office charged the pair after receiving information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Gunn and Miller face numerous charges including child pornography, criminal use of a communication facility, and distributing photos or videos of child sex acts.

The preliminary hearing was postponed for mental evaluations.  It’s now rescheduled for January.
