Two motorcycles collide with a car on Glenwood Park Avenue just after noon Thursday.
According to the Belle Valley Fire Department assistant chief, two motorcycles were heading north on Glenwood when a car turning left out of the Glenwood Towers complex pulled out in front of them.
The bike in front collided with the car, and then it’s believed the bike in back collided with that front cyclist.
“The driver of the car was not injured, one of the motorcyclist drivers is in serious condition and the other one is in fair condition,” said BVFD Assistant Chief, John Semple. “[The accident scene is] right on the border – on one side of the street is Millcreek, the other side is Erie so they are determining which side the actual accident occurred.”
Semple says both male bikers were wearing their helmets at the time of the accident. The Erie Police Department, not Millcreek Township, is investigating the incident.
