There are more questions than answers tonight about the future of the Toys ‘R Us store in Erie.
The company informed the Millcreek Mall that liquidation sales could start this weekend. That comes as the company’s top officer looks for investors to save at least some of the stores. Cafaro Company spokesman Joe Bell tells Action News that they continue to look for a new tenant for the space since the company announced it was going out of business. Liquidation sales typically last 60 to 90 days before a store shuts down.
