Pennsylvania State Police continue to investigate a fatal accident in North East that left one pedestrian dead over the weekend.
According to state police, 35-year-old Ashlee Northrop was walking along the eastbound lane of West Main Street in North East when she was struck by a pickup truck.
According to the Erie County Coroner’s Office, Northrop was pronounced dead at the scene.
That accident remains under investigation.
