Vigil to be held to remember those who passed before they had access to the McBride Viaduct

Local News

A vigil is being held tonight at the McBride Viaduct, despite the fact that demolition is set for the first week in December.

Earlier this week, a judge dismissed a lawsuit that would delay the demolition of the bridge.  Now, the ERIE CPR (Connect + Respect) group is holding a vigil before the bridge is demolished and the group is considering appealing the decision in Federal Court.

The vigil is taking place tonight at 5:30pm.
