The death toll from the massive earthquake and tsunami in Indonesia has spiked to more than 1400 and is expected to rise.
Days after the earthquake, aid is trickling in, but officials say there is still an urgent need for food, clean water, shelter, and medical supplies.
Camps have been set up for the people left homeless, but frustration with the government’s response remains high. To make matters worse, a volcano has erupted on the earthquake and tsunami-struck island of Sulawesi. However, officials say that, as of now, there is no need to evacuate.
