A city of Warren Police Officer is officially cleared in connection with a deadly shooting. The Warren County District Attorney announcing that decision today. Officer Matt Mumford shot 54-year-old Joseph Miller on August 4th in the parking lot of an ice cream stand.
Miller was stopped for a traffic violation when police say he loaded an A-K47 rifle, got out of his car and refused to drop the gun. District Attorney Robert Greene has concluded deadly force was justified. Greene also indicating Mumford possibly saved the lives of countless others.
