Wolf inaugural event schedule released

Today, the Wolf Inaugural 2019 committee announced the full line-up of events for the inauguration of Governor Tom Wolf and Lieutenant Governor-Elect John Fetterman taking place on Tuesday, January 15th, 2019 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

The events are as follows:


Swearing-In Ceremony

Pennsylvania State Capitol Complex, East Wing

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 

Gates open: 10:00 A.M.

Guests must be seated by: 11:30 A.M.

Swearing-In Ceremony: 12:00 P.M.


Governor’s Residence Open House

Pennsylvania Governor’s Residence

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM


Inaugural Celebration

Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

7:00 PM – 11:00 PM


Governor Wolf will also spend the day prior to the Inauguration, Monday, January 14th, participating in community service projects.


“The Wolf Inaugural 2019 Committee is proud to present a day of exciting events open to all Pennsylvanians under the theme of ‘Moving Pennsylvania Forward,’” said Rob Ghormoz and Giancarlo Stefanoni, Co-Executive Directors of Wolf Inaugural 2019. “This Inauguration is about the people of Pennsylvania, and Governor Wolf is looking forward to engaging with Pennsylvanians throughout the day as we celebrate the beginning of his second term of moving Pennsylvania forward.”

Tickets will be available to the public on December 17th. Tickets for the Swearing-In Ceremony will be free to the public, and tickets for the Inaugural Celebration will cost $100 per person, or $50 for seniors and students with valid identification.


The public can also sign up to volunteer for the Inauguration and sponsor the Inauguration on the website.
