A woman is now in custody following a Wednesday evening shooting.
Police arrested Dorethicah Jones last night after receiving a call for a shooting shortly after 8pm. The crime happened in the 700 block of East 24th Street. A man suffering a gunshot wound to the foot was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Jones now faces several charges including tampering with evidence and filing a false report. She’s set to have a preliminary hearing on December 28th.
