A woman involved in an Erie drug case waived her right to a preliminary hearing.
Carmen Medina is facing several drug charges after police arrested her and her son earlier this month. Investigators collected five guns, more than $13,000 cash, and multiple drugs from their home on West 21st Street near Sassafras Street.
Today, the judge waived several charges for court, including manufacturing, delivering, or possessing drugs with intent to deliver.
Her next court appearance has not yet been set.
