ERIE, Pa. — Erie police are investigating a shooting that injured one man on the city’s lower west side Monday morning.
Police were called to 352 W. Third St., where a man suffered a gunshot wound to the face around 9:30 a.m. The man was taken to UPMC Hamot for treatment and was reported to be conscious.
There were three other people at the home at the time of the incident. They have been transported to the police station to be interviewed.
Police are still investigating the incident and have not ruled out that it could be self-inflicted.
