Rex Ryan feared Saturday night the injury to I.K. Enemkpali was a major one.

His fears seemed to have been confirmed.

In what has becoming a disturbing trend, the Bills lost another linebacker for the season on Saturday.

Ian Rapoport reported Sunday that Enemkpali has a torn ACL and the diagnosis was confirmed by an MRI.

The Bills are already paper thin at linebacker.

Rookie Reggie Ragland is also expected to miss the season after damaging an ACL. First round pick Shaq Lawson won’t be back until around midseason after shoulder surgery. Manny Lawson is hoping to be healthy for week one after suffering a partially torn pec just before camp began.

Undrafted rookie free agent Eric Striker and journeyman Lorenzo Alexander are now the leading candidates to start opposite Jerry Hughes should Manny Lawson be unable to answer the bell week one.
