Almond Crusted Chicken

Cook Time: 20-25 mins

Serves: 4ppl


  • (4) 8oz boneless chicken breast pounded even
  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1T house seasoning (kosher salt, black pepper, granulated garlic & onion)
  • 1/2t paprika
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Line baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Mix egg and milk in shallow bowl.
  • Add seasoning and almonds to almond flour and blend.
  • Put chicken breast between plastic wrap and lightly pound with a mallet or rolling pin to make even.
  • Dip each breast in egg mixture. Then press both sides in flour mixture and place on sheet tray.
  • Spray each breast lightly with cooking spray and then bake in oven until done and crust is golden. This will take about 20 mins. Temp should read about 165 degrees. Enjoy!

Chef’s Note: This chicken is good served hot, with blistered vegetables, or cold on top of a salad.
