BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Bills promoted quarterbacks coach Joe Brady to offensive coordinator on Tuesday after firing Ken Dorsey.

Head coach Sean McDermott said repeatedly that he wants to see more “confidence” out of his offense.
