Lions see success against Rutgers on field and in recruiting

Penn State will host Rutgers this Saturday on the grid-iron.

While the Nittany Lions have experienced plenty of success going up against the Scarlet Knights, PSU has had even more success recruiting talent in Rutgers’ backyard.
