North East golfer Anna Swan captured a state golf championship for the PIAA 2A individual finals on Tuesday afternoon at Penn State.
Swan, who follows in her older sister Lydia’s footsteps (2019 state champion), shot a one-under par 143 in the 36-hole championship victory.
