Otters Fall 2-1 to Owen Sound at Home
ERIE, PA – The Erie Otters returned to home ice on Wednesday evening to take on the Owen Sound Attack. The second period opened with a goal from Daylon Groulx to tie the game up just 40 seconds in. The teams traded opportunities for the rest of the period, but failed to break the deadlock, and we headed into the final frame tied at one.
In the third, Owen Sound found the back of the net on the powerplay with a goal from Kevin Hancock. The Otters continued their efforts to tie the game up but ultimately fell short and dropped this one 2-1.
