Penn State basketball has not made the NCAA Tournament since 2011, but already this season the quality wins are rolling in.
Penn State sits at 8-2 right now with wins over Georgetown, Wake Forest, Syracuse, Yale, Bucknell and a previously top-five Maryland team.
